The four-day NACAC adoption and foster care conference is designed with flexible registration options depending on your role. The sessions on day one have a professional focus, sessions on days two and three are for both parents and professionals, and sessions on day four are targeted for parents. View the workshops here and the schedule here. You can register all four days, the three-day parent option, the three-day professional option, or choose a couple of days that work best for you.
Each registration is for one person or for a parenting couple who are viewing the sessions together.
Because registration is now closed to attend the sessions live, you will receive a link to a recording of the sessions you registered for. You will have until September 30, 2020 to view the recorded session.
NACAC members receive a discount on registration, as outlined below. Those who register as non-members for three or four days will receive a one-year NACAC membership.

You can pay with a credit card when you submit your registration form. If you are mailing a check instead, make US and Canadian checks and money orders payable to NACAC and send to 970 Raymond Avenue Suite 106, Saint Paul, MN 55114. Be sure to include the names of the registrants with payment. Canadians can also pay by Interac e-transfer.
NACAC will email a confirmation of your registration and online payment. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com to your address book to make sure our messages get through. Contact NACAC to verify your conference registration if you do not receive a confirmation email (and it’s not in your junk or spam folder).
- Cancellations. While we cannot refund registration fees, if you cannot attend live or view the recordings, we can transfer your registration to someone else. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you need to transfer a registration.
- Discounted rates
- The membership discount is available to one individual or couple for each current individual/family member, one representative of each parent group member, up to 20 employees of each organizational member, up to 20 parents affiliated with each enhanced parent group member, and all employees of each national/corporate member.
- Students. NACAC offers full-time college or graduate students a 50 percent discount on conference registration fees. Student registrants must submit a copy of their student ID and a current transcript with their registration form. (Discounts do not apply to membership.)
- Accommodations. If you need special accommodations to enable you to more fully participate in the conference (such as closed captioning), please contact NACAC at email@example.com or 651-644-3036 as soon as possible.
