Are you interested in reaching a targeted audience of adoption professionals, adoptive and foster parents, adoptees and people who experienced foster care, and other child welfare professional and advocates? If so you should consider advertising or exhibiting at the NACAC conference – or both!

The 2019 NACAC adoption and foster care conference will be held July 18 to 20, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference will bring together up to 1,000 individuals from the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Advertising and exhibiting offers you the opportunity to communicate with the adoption and foster care community.

The NACAC registration booklet is distributed by mail and electronically to thousands of people and the final program is distributed to all attendees of the NACAC conference. Over the last decade, hundreds of agencies, exchanges, publishers, parent groups, and individuals have advertised in the NACAC registration booklet or final program to capture the attention of members of the adoption and foster care communities. Among other things, advertisers have:

  • marketed publications, videos, and other materials
  • featured waiting children who need families
  • advertised agency services for prospective or current parents or child welfare professionals

Fees and advertising forms will be posted soon.

Exhibiting at the NACAC conference helps create awareness about your adoption or foster care related cause. It is also a great way to sell items of interest to families and children. Refreshment breaks take place in the exhibit hall, which is positioned in a central location, ensuring that there will be plenty of opportunities for participants to view the exhibits. Complete the registration form to reserve your table(s).

Rates are:

  • $200 U.S. for parent groups or adoption exchanges
  • $400 for public or private agencies (including nonprofits) and commercial vendors
  • $105 for each additional table and $50 for electrical, if needed.

Registration to exhibit will be posted soon.

Current NACAC members can take an additional 10 percent off advertising fees.
