Registration Information


Conference and Pre-Conference Registration

All registrations must be accompanied by payment (credit card, Paypal, check, money order, or organizational purchase order).

  • Register online. We encourage all conference attendees to register online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2015NACACconference.

  • Before you register, you will want to know: the length of your attendance, which workshops you plan to attend, whether you are a current member of NACAC. (To check the status of your or your organization’s membership, contact us at info@nacac.org or 651-644-3036.)

  • If you are not able to register online, please contact us at info@nacac.org or 651-644-3036 for a registration form.

  • Pay online. After submitting your registration form, follow links to pay by credit card or Paypal.

  • If mailing payment, make checks and money orders payable to NACAC. Be sure to include the names of the registrants with payment.

  • If you are paying with a Canadian check, please refer to the table at the bottom of this page for the rates that reflect the current exchange.

Registration Fees

Full registration fees cover institutes, workshops, general sessions, and Saturday’s awards luncheon. For those who register as non-members, a one-year individual NACAC membership is also included. The pre-conference session has a separate fee.

Confirmations

NACAC will send confirmation notices primarily by email, with letters only to those who do not supply a valid email address. Please add info@nacac.org to your address book to be sure our messages get through. You should receive confirmation of your registration within two or three weeks if you provided an e-mail address. Contact NACAC to verify your conference registration if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two weeks or a letter within three weeks.


Notes about Registration

  • Early registrant discounts are available only for registrations emailed, postmarked, or faxed by June 26. After June 26, full conference fees increase by $55 U.S./$70 Cdn.

  • For written conference cancellations received by June 26, we will refund fees paid less a service charge of $50. For cancellations of only the pre-conference session (when you still attend the conference), the service charge is $25. We cannot refund any fees when cancellation notice is not received in writing by June 26.

  • To attend the pre-conference session, please complete the Pre-Conference Session section on the form. Fees of $100 per person are in addition to regular conference registration fees. You can attend a pre-conference session without registering for the rest of the conference.

  • Parent couple registration rates are designed for two people who are or who will be raising a child or children together.

  • The membership discount is available to one individual or couple for each current individual/family member, one representative of each parent group member, up to 20 employees of each organizational member, up to 20 parents affiliated with each enhanced parent group member, and all employees of each national/corporate member.

  • Saturday’s award luncheon is included in full conference registration and the Saturday-only registration fees. If you need to purchase additional tickets for guests, please contact NACAC.

  • By indicating session preferences on the registration form, you help us to more accurately assign rooms. You are not, however, bound to your choices at the conference and can go to other sessions. Individual registrants should include one choice per session. Couples should choose two (both people can attend the same or different workshops).

  • If you need special accommodations to enable you to more fully participate in the conference (such as sign language interpretation), please contact NACAC.

  • Please indicate if you are willing to be a workshop monitor. Monitors attend sessions that they registered for, notify staff of issues, and evaluate the sessions. If you check this option on the form, we will share your information with the monitor coordinator.

  • NACAC offers a 50 percent discount on conference registration fees to full-time college or graduate students. Student registrants must submit a copy of their student ID and a current transcript with their registration form. (Discounts do not apply to the Conference for Youth, children's program, or membership.)

  • Canadian Registration Fees (For Those Paying by Check, Money Order or Organizational Purchase Order Using Canadian Funds)

    If you are paying with Canadian funds, please use the following rates that reflect the current exchanges. If you pay by credit card or Paypal, you will pay the US rates in US dollars.
