Registration & Fees
Full registration fees cover institutes, workshops, general sessions, and Saturday’s awards luncheon. For those who register as non-members, a one-year individual NACAC membership is also included.
Registrants can also elect to attend a single day or two. For those who cannot pre-register, on-site registration will be available.
Registrants who pay to attend both the pre-conference session and the full conference receive a $20 discount on the pre-conference session.
Current NACAC members receive discounted registration fees: one for individual and parent group members, up to 20 for enhanced parent group and organizational members, and unlimited for employees of national/corporate members. Registrants can also apply for membership with the registration and use the discounted rate.
Conference registration fees—payable by check, money order, purchase order, VISA, or MasterCard—are due with each registration. All conference fees are the same in U.S. and Canada dollars. Canadian membership fees are higher for Canadians to reflect the higher costs of mailing to Canada.
Please note that Canadian credit cards will be charged in U.S. dollars. Canadians’ credit card companies will calculate the exchange rate based on the date we charge the card. Your company may also charge an exchange fee.
Please calculate the total amount due on the registration form. All registrations must be accompanied by payment (check, money order, credit card, or organizational purchase order). Make checks and money orders payable to NACAC.
For written conference cancellations received by July 5, we will refund fees paid less a service charge of $50. For cancellations of only the children's program or pre-conference sessions (when you still attend the conference), the service charge is $25. We cannot refund any fees when cancellation notice is not received in writing by July 5. We cannot refund any conference fees when cancellation notice is not received in writing by July 5.

Student Discount
NACAC offers a 50 percent discount on conference registration fees to full-time college or graduate students. Student registrants must submit a copy of their student ID and a current transcript with their registration form. (Discounts do not apply to the Conference for Youth, children’s program, or membership.)
Confirmation
NACAC will send confirmation notices primarily by e-mail, with letters only to those who do not supply a valid e-mail address. Please print your e-mail address clearly and add info@nacac.org to your address book so that you receive our e-mails. Contact NACAC to verify your conference registration if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two weeks or a letter within three weeks.

You may register and pay with credit card via our secure form online (for children's program or Conference for Youth registration, see below). If you would prefer to prepare a form on your computer and mail it in, you can download a PDF version here. If your payment is for multiple registrations, please send all of the registration forms together.
Adult Registration Forms
Parent couple registration rates are designed for two people who are or who will be raising a child or children together.
The membership discount is available to one individual or couple for each current individual/family member, one representative of each parent group member, up to 20 employees of each organizational member, up to 20 parents affiliated with each enhanced parent group member, and all employees of each national/corporate member.
Saturday’s award luncheon is included in full conference registration and the Saturday-only registration fees. If you need additional tickets for guests ($50 each), please contact NACAC.
By indicating session preferences on the registration form, you help us to more accurately assign rooms. You are not, however, bound to your choices at the conference and can go to other sessions. Individual registrants should include one choice per session. Couples should choose two (both people can attend the same workshop).
If you need special accommodations to enable you to more fully participate in the conference (such as sign language interpretation), please contact NACAC.
If you prefer NOT to be included on a registrant list, please check the box on the registration form under the Registrant Information section.
Please indicate if you are willing to be a workshop monitor. Monitors attend sessions, notify staff of issues, and evaluate the session. If you choose this option on the registration form, we will pass your contact information on to the person who is coordinating the monitor process.
To attend a pre-conference session, please complete the Pre-Conference Session section on the registration form and select which session you will attend. On the PDF form, the pre-conference session registration is on the lower left. On the online registration form, you must scroll down to near the bottom to find the pre-conference registration information. You can attend a pre-conference session without registering for the rest of the conference.
If only one member of a couple is planning to attend a pre-conference session, please indicate on the form which person is attending which session. Fees of $100 are in addition to regular conference registration fees. Registrants who pay to attend both a pre-conference session and the full conference receive a $20 discount on their pre-conference fees. NACAC Jockey scholarship recipients, presenters, and NACAC representatives for whom NACAC waives registration fees are not eligible for the discount.
Children's Program Registration
Space is limited so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Register online, or download a PDF registration form. Please be sure to submit an adult registration with children's program forms.
Conference for Youth Registration
Space is limited so we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Register online, or download a PDF registration form.
If you are attending only the Conference for Youth (ages 16 to 25 only), you need to complete only the form on page 5. If attending Friday and Saturday of the conference in addition to the Conference for Youth, the fees are $270 for members and $320 for non-members per registrant (includes the cost of attending the Conference for Youth). Please complete both a youth program registration form and a regular conference registration form.
If you are attending the Conference for Youth on Thursday plus Friday and Saturday of the children’s program, the fee is $175 per youth. You must submit a children's program registration form and a parent must also be attending the conference.
